I love friends and random nice strangers!

Washington D.C. was probably the funnest weekend I have had since coming out here! It was a blast to just hang out with friends and do a TON of things! We got to go the the American History Museum, the Documents Archive to see the Decloration of Independence and the Constitution, all of the Monuments, the GORGEOUS D.C. Temple, the Holocaust Museum, and I went to a Nationals game with Ashly. I am the newest fan of Baseball! LOVE IT! Adam Dunn is a stud and hit a homerun and a grandslam, helping the Nationals win! There was the cutest little girl that sang America the Beautiful.
Since moving out here I have become increasingly annoyed by the lack of compassion and the over all selfish attitude exhibited by "New Yorkers", what a pleasant surprise D.C. was. I swear EVERY one is ni
ce there. People willingly offer to take pictures for you, go out of there way to help you out, and actually smile back.... Ha I loved it, not to mention you can also see the sky when you look up there. Don't get me wrong I love the excitement of New York, I just also love getting away from it for a bit.
It was also fun getting to know all of my friends out here more and just having some time off... Monday night came way to soon!
