Two Amazing People; One Birthday :)

Today is the Birthday of two of my favorite people in the world. First my Great Grandma Edith Monroe (who is happily resting now) would be turning 89 today. I have spoken of her on my blog recently. I can't tell you how much I wish I could talk to her now, tell her all I'm doing, ask for her advice. I am greatful to know she is resting now, that she's happy, and that her love goes on!
If only she could have met Andrew. Andrew is 20 today! One year ago today was one o
f the happiest days of my life. We spent the entire day together. I made him breakfast and we went to play basketball... He tried to dunk the ball for me... I am told by many people he can, in fact, dunk the ball but he has never been able to do it in front of me. Ha Poor thing. He got very flustered. Then we went for a walk, then to "our" park and had a picnic. I had 19 different presents for him that I would randomly give to him. It was super fun. Then we did a picture scavenger hunt, that's what these pictures are all from. It was so nice to just be with him the whole day. I hadn't seen him in about 2 months so that made it even better. Think of how wonderful it will be when I get to be with him again! Perfection. We went to dinner with all our friends that night... gah. I miss him more than usual today. Getting closer. Oh that reminds me the 8 month mark was yesterday. 1/3 done. Getting there and still rocking it. I am so glad his birthday is on a P-day so he gets to hear happy birthday from his family and me on the actual day of! Well thats all.....

Haha, I remember that day. I'm glad that it went well...minus some slight rain difficulties if I remember correctly.

Wow! 1/3 of the way there already! :)

Ha ha yeah It rained while we were in the RB playing basketball, and ON the way to the park for the picnic it stopped. It was brilliant :)
