Ok so listen, Thursday like I said I had to take a break. But then Friday came and I worked my regular shift which is 7 am -5:30 pm... then had to go back in at Midnight till 6 am since I was on call. Yeah right was I doing anything close to the 30 day shred. Yesterday was obviously the Sabbath. So I resolved to start again today.
Which I did! It felt great! Like I still wanted to die, but I could actually do it this time. Then I went to the gym for an hour. Yes you heard me right! Feeling like an over achiever!
I ate healthy today too. For dinner Garren and I had a raspberry cilantro salsa salad, with: avocado, black beans, and ground turkey. YUM.
I can feel myself getting more energy! My sister Jessican and my sister-in-law Heather are doing this too! YAY US!

Jessica got me hooked on it too! AND i'm making the hubby do it with me too every night! I love this workout!
That salad sounds yummy! I finished day 6 and actually can finish the workout with no problem..never would have thought that on day one!
